Creator Earnings and Withdrawals

Creator earnings, payout eligibility, withdrawal requests, and gift card fulfillment are subject to platform validation, abuse review, moderation review, and internal payout policies. We may delay, reject, reverse, or adjust earnings or withdrawals if activity appears invalid, manipulated, suspicious, or in breach of policy.

Termination or Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or features where necessary to protect the service, enforce policy, comply with legal requirements, or respond to abuse, fraud, or security concerns.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous uptime, absolute security, or error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellorey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform.
